RDC: Creative Productive Fund-Raising and Marketing Relationships
For the past 20 years, Gae has designed and presented extensive board development and leadership training programs, facilitated strategic planning retreats, developed integrated fund-raising campaigns, including annual, capital, and major gifts and conducted feasibility studies -- identifying new funding leadership and creating strong relationships among the giving partners.

Gae has provided fund-raising counsel to universities, secondary schools, libraries, children's hospitals, health care and human services, an international child welfare organization, public/private partnerships, historic preservation, an environmental organization and a community-based educational foundation.

Professional and Academic Experience

	At Beth Israel Medical Center (NYC), Gae served as the Director of Development and oversaw the initial phase of a $40 million capital campaign. She supervised directors responsible for Foundation/Corporate Relations, Grateful Patients Program and Research Services.
	Previously, as Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at Seton Hall University (SHU), she was instrumental to realizing $51 million towards a $100 million goal. She also served as the Director of Development and Public Relations at Clara Maass Medical Center.
	Working on Capital Hill for Congressmen James J. Howard and William Hughes in Washington, D.C., Gae served as a legislative case worker for immigration, adoption, and social security issues.
	She earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from SHU. She completed the Financial Development/Nonprofit Management Program at Adelphi University.

Facilitator, Lecturer, Professor

	Frequent lecturer at conferences and workshops, including The 1999 CHASE Nonprofit Technical and Management Assistance Series; the keynote address, Capacity Building: Collaborative Relationships Among the Giving Partners, at the NY Archdiocese Conference for Secondary Schools
	Executive Forum of Western CT State University; 1998 International NSFRE Conference.

	For the past ten years, Gae has taught graduate courses on resource development at SHU. She has also taught at Marymount College, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Kean College of NJ, the NSFRE Survey Course, and the NJ Chapter NSFRE Fundamentals Course.

Volunteer Responsibilities

	Gae serves as Chair, BLYTHEDALE Children's Hospital, Children's Circle of Friends
	Vice Chair, Major Gifts, Briarcliff Education Foundation; the Editorial Board of the Nonprofit Sector Resource
	Institute of NJ at SHU; The Westchester Community Foundation Fund for Women & Girls.
	She served on the board of Family Service of Westchester; National Awards Judge, Association of Junior Leagues International; Chair, Training Committee for The Council of Junior Leagues of Westchester; NSFRE National Board and Foundation Board, President, NJ Chapter, NSFRE.
