RDC: Creative Productive Fund-Raising and Marketing Relationships
For the past 20 years, Gae has designed and presented extensive board development
and
leadership training programs, facilitated strategic planning retreats, developed
integrated
fund-raising campaigns, including annual, capital, and major gifts and conducted
feasibility studies
-- identifying new funding leadership and creating strong relationships among
the giving partners.
Gae has provided fund-raising counsel to universities, secondary schools,
libraries, children's
hospitals, health care and human services, an international child welfare
organization, public/private partnerships, historic preservation, an environmental organization
and a community-based
educational foundation.
Professional and Academic Experience
 |
At Beth Israel Medical Center (NYC), Gae served as the Director of Development
and oversaw
the initial phase of a $40 million capital campaign. She supervised directors
responsible for
Foundation/Corporate Relations, Grateful Patients Program and Research Services.

Previously, as Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at Seton Hall University
(SHU), she was instrumental to realizing $51 million towards a $100 million goal. She
also served as the
Director of Development and Public Relations at Clara Maass Medical Center.

Working on Capital Hill for Congressmen James J. Howard and William Hughes
in Washington,
D.C., Gae served as a legislative case worker for immigration, adoption, and
social security
issues.

She earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from SHU.
She completed
the Financial Development/Nonprofit Management Program at Adelphi University. |
